A Course Week with Italian Chef Gianfranco Berton
For years we’ve dreamed of hosting a course week with vegetarian meals by Italian chef Gianfranco Berton. Last year’s edition was such a great success that we’re bringing him back!
This May, Gianfranco will once again cook for us for an entire week—delicious vegetarian dishes with his unmistakable Italian touch.
Gianfranco is a renowned vegan chef from Veneto, near Venice, where he prepares around 150 meals a day. His specialty is Italian cuisine. You don’t need to be a strict vegan to enjoy his food—his recipes are so full of flavor that everyone ends up wanting more.
Alongside his cooking, there will of course be a fitting course theme: creating tableware for classic Italian dishes. Think lasagna bowls, spaghetti plates, olive oil bottles, and more.
To round off the week, we’ll fire up a gas kiln with selected pieces made by each participant.
